Parties at Ajax Amusements are fun and private! We reserve our entire showroom just for you and your guests—you will have all the fun and enjoy a gameroom that is closed to the public. No competing for the best games since you have the arcade reserved for your guests, and no tokens or tickets to provide because our games run on free play for your party.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Parties are $175 per hour. We reserve our showroom for a minimum of 2 hours and request a $175 deposit. (You may reserve longer parties and/or extend your party at the rate of $75 per 1/2 hour if no one is scheduled after you.)

Q: What is the appropriate age for a party at AJAX?
A: We recommend parties for children turning 6 or 7 and older.

Q: How many children can we have for the party?
A: We set up tables and chairs that accommodate 20; please no more than 30 total at the party.

Q: What kind of food can we have for the party?
A: You may have pizza, chips, cake, ice cream, etc.--absolutely NO GUM, CANDY OR POPCORN.

Q: How early can we arrive to set up?
A: You will be allowed in the store NO EARLIER than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled party time.

Q: What if we have to cancel a party?
A: You must notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your party date if you need to cancel your party. Call us on 703 435 0030 and speak with a party coordinator.

PARTY GUIDELINES

Please. . .

• Arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time with cake, drinks, paper goods, etc. (The tables and chairs will be set up for you.)
• Order any food (i.e. pizza) for delivery within the first 1/2 hour of your party.
  (An Ajax employee will be happy to assist you with this.)
• Do not bring gum, candy or popcorn to your party
• Understand that the games will be turned on for play at the designated start time of your party, and turned off at the ending time.
• Have your guests leave promptly at the end of your party so that we may prepare for the next reservation.
